I have been successfully conducting Real Estate transactions in Southern California for over 20 years. I currently serve on the Professional Standards Committee of the Orange County Association of Realtors as an Arbitration Panel Presiding Officer. Additionally, I serve as a Mediator for the Orange County Superior Court. Over the years I have observed that in order to be most effective in understanding the intricate details of a real estate transaction, one must have current knowledge and practical understanding of how the ever changing “Contract Machine” functions. The real estate contract is a living, breathing organism that has been amended on a regular basis for years. Our staff is required to maintain Real Estate contract knowledge, mandated by the State of California Department of Real Estate, The California Association of Realtors and the Regional Association of Realtors. We are also Licensed Broker/Realtors Certified to mediate the litigated case by The Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University School of Law. Our Mediators regularly represent clients in the execution of real estate contracts and have a daily intimate relationship with Real Estate Contract Law. The advantage we have in mediating Real Estate disputes is the fact that we live and breathe the Real Estate contract daily.
